DELIVERY

Please allow 3 to 5 working days from date of your order for all UK mainland deliveries. Any deliveries outside the UK mainland must be made by special request.

RETURNS
If there is a fault with your product you may return it to us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned via mail and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery. We do not accept any liability for return postage on refunds.
