OPTION 1 - Postal Order Form

Choose this option if you wish to pay by Cheque or Postal Order. You can print off your order and send a copy with payment to 75 High Street, Ewell Village. Epsom. Surrey KT17 1RX. Your items will be sent out to you once payment had been received and cleared by our bank. Please allow up to 5 working days.

OPTION 2 - PayPal Payments

If you have a PayPal account you can make payments uaing this method. Please follow the instructions on the screen. Your items will be sent out once payment has been cleared. Please note, this may take up to 48hrs.

Protx and your Financial Data Security
All transaction information passed between Pure Girl Organics and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Protx is fully approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance.

If you don't wish to order online you may order over the telephone and pay by debit or credit card 0208 393 7070.

Orders with No Delivery Charges
If you live locally to our shop and would like to place and order but do not wish the items to be posted to you, you can collect your order from our shop. Please select the Customer Pick Up Option as your Shipping Method. We are happy to accept your order by phone or online and will get your order ready for collection at a time to suit you.

Cancellations and Refunds and Returns
Cancellation of any orders must be made on the same day of the order being placed (up to 22:00hrs) Any cancellations made after this time will incur a cancellation fee as charged to us by our banks.
For Hygiene reasons, refunds cannot be made on products that have been opened and used. Please therefore make sure that the item you have received is the item you ordered prior to opening and using it. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. Any mistakes made by us will be rectified as soon as possible.
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, an additonal postage fee will be charged to send out the correct item once the original item has been recieved. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
Pure Girl Organics cannot take responsibility for any items that are returned for exchange in a damaged or used condition. Any products returned to us must be in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount for unsaleable items.
