• For Hygiene reasons, refunds cannot be made on products that have been opened and used. Please therefore make sure that the item you have received is the item you ordered prior to opening and using it. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging.
• We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. Any mistakes made by us will be rectified as soon as possible.
• If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, an additonal postage fee will be charged to send out the correct item once the original item has been recieved. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
• Pure Girl Organics cannot take responsibility for any items that are returned for exchange in a damaged or used condition. Any products returned to us must be in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount for unsaleable items.
