Lavender Bath contains essential oil of Lavender, which when used regularly at night calms nervous tension and promotes sound sleep. The bath concentrates support the other skin care products - Lavender is very good for sensitive couperose skin conditions. A few drops to a basin of water when you wash you face for a natural antibacterial and calming face wash.

Add 1-2 teaspoons to your bath water.

There is no need to add a base oil.

Keep the bathroom door closed, stopping the aroma from escaping, and envelope yourself in the gentle aroma.
